Buying a new eBike online is a big decision. So to help you feel at ease, we’re offering a 14 day risk-free trial period. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new DŌST Bike, simply put it back in the box and send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping subject to a flat $200 fee unless transport is taken care of by the customer.
What is the return policy for DŌST accessories and replacement parts?
When we DO accept returns:
- If the accessory or part has not been used, it is clean of any dust or dirt and in the original packaging and condition as it was received.
- If the accessory or part was purchased within 30 days.
All DŌST accessories and replacement parts are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer pays for the return shipping to the DŌST warehouse facility (address below). DŌST does not offer returns on USED accessories and parts except in extreme cases of the malfunction or breakage.
For all returned items, the customer must first obtain written approval for the specific item(s) to be returned from DŌST. If DŌST receives an item(s) without prior written approval a refund will not be issued and the customer will be charged for the shipping of the item(s) back to their address.
Once DŌST receives the item for return, an inspection of the item will be performed and the customer will be notified whether it has passed or not and whether they receive a refund, store credit or exchange.
